Software support

A service level agreement (SLA) is included with the purchase of any 2-Control software module. In the SLA it is stated that the first-line support is provided by your Microsoft Dynamics partner (unless otherwise agreed). The SLA is active as long as the annual maintenance fee is paid.

If your Dynamics partner is not able to answer your question, you can create an online support ticket below. All support requests will be picked up as soon as possible and always within 48 hours.
