Welcome aboard!

New faces, new stories! Let's introduce our two new colleagues at 2-Control. Discover how they will further strengthen our team!

Kyle Kapper

My name is Kyle Kapper, and as of September 1, 2024, I have started as a Junior IT Auditor & Consultant. I was born in Breda but have lived in Raamsdonksveer all my life, where I still enjoy living!

In my free time, I am active in community life, and as November 11th approaches, I get busy with my role on the board of a local carnival association. Around the carnival period, you can also find me in the construction hall from time to time, working on building another impressive float.

Professionally, I focus on the latest developments in AI and how it can have a positive impact in the broadest sense. Additionally, I am interested in how AI can be used, applied, and monitored correctly.

2-Control is my first full-time job after graduating from Avans University of Applied Sciences, and I look forward to collaborating with my new colleagues. I am confident that, with the positive mindset, forward-thinking approach, and team spirit at 2-Control, this will be a great success!

Joep Keijzer

I am Joep Keijzer, 28 years old, and I live in the small village of Haaren. Since September 2nd, I have been working on my graduation internship at 2-Control as part of my Business Informatics studies at Avans University in Den Bosch. During this internship, I will focus on investigating the audit process, identifying bottlenecks, and exploring opportunities for process optimization. I will also be researching potential solutions to further streamline the audit process.

In my free time, I enjoy watching movies, going to the gym a few times a week, meeting up with friends, and attending festivals several times a year. You can make me happy with many different types of music—from cheesy disco to rock, and from current hits to 70s and 80s music. I sing along to it all, which is why I also love karaoke. Additionally, I enjoy writing stories and spending time at home.

I hope to learn a lot during this internship and to make a valuable contribution to optimizing the audit process.

Kaan Arslan

My name is Kaan Arslan, and on September 1, 2024, I started at 2-Controlware as a Junior IT Auditor/Consultant. Growing up in Dordrecht, it's naturally my duty to tell everyone "the closer to Dordt, the better it gets." However, people often respond with a different version of that saying—strange! I am currently still studying "Business IT & Management" at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, so for now, I am only in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. But I won’t let that stop me! I’ve already gained experience in IT, such as in consultancy, so I hope I can contribute significantly to 2-Controlware.

Outside of my studies and work, I don’t have much free time. However, I try to meet my friends at least once a week and hit the gym six days a week. After all, health is important! I also enjoy taking peaceful walks in nature or sitting somewhere to relax with a drink every now and then.
